Love

Love. Multi-layered, elusive, fleeting. The path to love — and finally, marriage — has been winding, the relationships of my past perplexing. Still, I remain an optimist: more romantic as time passes.

I just read your post on Eternal Sunshine. It was wonderful. Completely drew me in, even though I didn’t care for the movie (there’s just something about Jim Cary that puts me off.) Now I will watch it & give it a fair shot.

Technology is an ephemeral marker of time. If you make a copy of an image & just keep copying it over & over, the image begins to disappear over time. A perfect metaphor for a zillion personal situations.

Anyway, I really enjoyed reading what you had to say & I look forward to reading more.

Aw, thanks Ann. Interesting to know (and I’m pleased) that even though you didn’t like the movie, you were still drawn into the piece. I’m glad.
