Everywhere I look, people are\u00a0stressed<\/i>. They ask me \u201chow can you even write these days?\u201d<\/p>\n

Sure, life has always been stressful, but now people are in full \u201cfreak out\u201d mode.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s not new sensation to me. Without knowing what was going on, I\u2019d been in an anxiety crisis for most of my life. I\u2019ve spent years working out core set of effective techniques to cut through the mental fog.<\/p>\n
