“It\u2019s dangerous to go alone.\u201d I open a chapter in my forthcoming book with those words, both as a nod to TLoZ, the greatest video game of all time, but also as a powerful message about seeking out others who will help you in your quest.<\/p>\n

Take This is a\u00a0nonprofit that \u201cseeks to inform our community about mental health issues, to provide education about mental disorders and mental illness prevention, and to reduce the stigma of mental illness\u201d with a special focus on the gaming community. Yeah, I\u2019ll take that.<\/p>\n

The site has lots of useful information on depression, anxiety, PTSD, self-care, and more. And you can support them by purchasing a literal box of hope. Check it out.<\/p>\n
