It’s a four-part Venn diagram, the four lobes being

• What you LOVE
• What you are GOOD AT
• What the world NEEDS
• What you can be PAID FOR

The part in the middle–the union of all four–bears the Japanese word ikigai. Strive for this. Or use it as a ruler to compare the life you have now with what could be.
